"I finally got to check out clothes mentor today and I was pleasantly surprised. I encounter the "rude lady" everyone talks about. I was dressed in shorts, tank top, baseball cap nothing fancy. I didn't find her to be rude at all. She was actually helpful. I found a lot of cute tops and a purse for my vacation without breaking the bank. This is my new favorite store"

"I have to still go back and try to sell the clothes I have but I just wanted to save someone else a trip by mentioning that they only buy stuff on Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. And you can't bring a huge load like some of the comments here have mentioned, you can sell enough that fits in one of the bins they have at the front of the store. If you fold everything neatly you could get a good amount in them but I'm going to have to make multiple trips which sucks because I live about 20 minutes away. But the service was very good, she was extremely kind and informative, I didn't catch her name but she was there in the evening time this last Saturday. I ended up selling two pairs of shoes at Platos closet next door for like $9 total. UPDATED REVIEW! So I love pretty far from this store, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE so I have for a THIRD TIME WASTED GAS AND TIME to come down her to be told a entirely different thing as far as selling clothes goes. They now say they only take clothes on certain days and only the 10 first people and then some days the first five. TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE other women telling me they buy on thursday Friday Sunday Monday. Their website NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. ITS NOT HARD TO DO THIS SO PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE NOT WASTING GAS TO COME HER AS THINGS LIKE GAS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. It's irritating when all the employees don't understand how the store works because it costs people money because they are under the impression they will make some that day. Might be depending on even a few dollars actually. I have four huge black trash bags full of Juicy, Coach, Steve Madden, Micheal Khors and Ann Taylor and Harely Davidson and many other high end brand bags, shoes, dresses, blouses, pants, shorts, belts you name it I most likely have it in my truck. Can I bring them to this store as their website states, not at all I guess. If the part on their website that says "We buy clothes Everyday ALL day" isn't false advertisement then I guess this is just another thing America has backwards now days. Love wasting money, gas and my time THREE TIMES NOW. I will not be coming back this is absolutely ridiculous."

"Terrible experience! I had stopped in a couple of times and they weren’t buying so called before stopping in this time. They never answer the phone so I called Plato’s closet( sister store) and as told they buy on wednesdays. Just drove an hour and they refused to help me out. No acknowledgement or apology. I will not be shopping or selling here ever again, which is too bad because it’s great to recycle clothes back into the community."

"Showed up 3 different times to sell, all times they were closed. Don't get me wrong, staffing issues are everywhere, but if you leave a sign stating you are open at a certain time and aren't, that's just bad business. Sign said open at 1130, and I waited until 1145 and still no one showed."
