"Why why why is this middleman business involved with every health care plan in a state of Hawaii they are an IPA and they have no competition there is nobody else. they are the ones who approve and deny your requests whether it's for surgeries or MRIs Etc and they're horrible. they don't call you back they do things wrong I'm waiting for 3rd callback now. Why do we need them? Please stop the torture. There are only two states that have these ipa's. I have spent so much time dealing with them and the insurance company they owe me money me personally because my time is worth money. I don't have time to keep calling them as to why they didn't pay a bill and now it went to collection. Look at the rating of these people. Please shut them down. Somebody help us. We don't need them. No one realizes that we don't need them"
