"This place is not professional. Period. I was continuously canceled on 6 times in 2 months. I was informed it was Covid the first time, called back to reschedule and they told me she was in a meeting?? Well is it Covid or a meeting? Then I was canceled the next week, and the next week, then it was moved again (Covid as an excuse twice 3 weeks apart). I have never, ever, experienced such unprofessionalism. Finally had a therapy session weeks and weeks into it. The therapist apologized about the delay and said she would like to make it up to me. Guess what? Another cancellation the next week. Got so upset had a nervous breakdown at work and my job actually found me a real place to go. This place can't even get their billing in order. Got an email saying I owe 314 dollars. okay cool, but what about the hundred dollars I paid on my card (and have records of) before my trip? Get back and they still say I owe 314 dollars! Don't go to this place. Seriously you are better off going somewhere else."

"Dr. Birnbaum is the worst psychiatrist/physician whom I have ever encountered. He makes judgements before having information, accuses you of being a criminal when you are in pain or are grieving, never listens, doesn't understand mental illness or that ever-increasing doses of SSRIs dont help everything. He totally lacks compassion. Runaway from him, lest he make you feel worse than you do before seeing him."

It offers wrap around services such as therapy, case management, medication management, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, peer support, groups, family practice, and more! Its convenient to be able to receive all services in one place, and defiantly helps with coordination of care. In addition, all of the staff are compassionate, and really there to help the people."
