"They wanted to charge me $333 for a 10 minute consultation. I was quoted a much lower price by a representative before my visit. UPDATE 10-3-18. Fee reduced to $100. When calling any doctor office to schedule an appt please get a price quote in advance, the persons name who gave it, date and time. Especially if you are paying CASH."

"I've not even been there, but called today to try to get some information - hours say until 6 pm at one web site, 5 pm at another. It's 5 pm. But apparently the imaging facility is now part of the Carson Tahoe behemoth, so I had to go through the police state "we're recording this" hoop to get to someone. Nothing like that warm welcome to discourage my business. I'll walk down and try to get in, then update this review. But I suggest that such a "welcome" is not encouraging."

"The technicians are great but this place is the slowest place ever for making reports after the test. Poor Janet is insanely overworked. 2 weeks for an X Ray is unacceptable. Always driving to Reno and going to Renown from now on."

"Experience while having an MRI or x-ray is fine, but I've been trying to get a copy of an MRI from a few months ago and have been totally unsuccessful in actually speaking with anybody. I've called about 10 times in a week and a half and have left voice messages about half of the time... nothing, no call back, nothing. Getting frustrated. Left another message this am advising that I'll be stopping by to pick up the images this am... we'll see."
