"We saw Dr.Amerhein for my sons newborn & 2 week checkups. She was very rude when I asked questions, regarding me as if I am ignorant. Even though I'm a ewn mother. her body language was inconsiderate as well. I explained that my son had a small wheeze when he breathed, she said she'd check it out and never did. At our second visit both the doctor and nurse asked if we were still giving my son D-Vi-Sol but they'd never told me about it before that visit so he started late. As a first time mother, I'm not getting much sleep and got even less sleep at his second week of age so I accidentally slept right through my alarm for his appointment so I had to call and reschedule when I woke up. The doctor made it a point to call me back and be very rude, making very unnecessary and inconsiderate comments. I have switched my sons pediatrician to Dr. HALL at the same office because he was recommended by a friend. Hopefully our next experience at this office goes better. The front desk staff was very polite during both visits."
