"The pharmacy staff is incredible. There is an error with my son's script and they are working SO hard to fix it. Nicole has been so kind and compassionate on the phone and the pharmacist Irene has gone above and beyond trying to contact our Doctor on base. She even waited on hold for 20 minutes for us. I know how busy they are and it means so much to me how much they are trying to help!!!"

"Trash, asked the woman at the counter for the restroom code. She tells me that it's closed & and is being cleaned. Asked another employee the same question & they opened it with no problem. I'm assuming I know who's next on cleaning duties. Just a little disrespectful, honestly. You're working at a pharmacy where your customer base is old people & possibly sick people. Access to a bathroom would be much appreciated. Not a fan of people lying straight to my face."

"Went to pick up my prescription, showed my insurance card just to ask if I could use it, lady said no they don’t accept it, alright no problem I said I’ll just pay then. She denied me still and said I couldn’t pay for it because they don’t take my insurance. Was the most confusing interaction I’ve ever had at any Walgreens pharmacy. Called the clinic that sent them my prescription and even the lady was confused as to why she didn’t give it to me when I offered to pay full price. Now I’m just waiting for the clinic to call Walgreens and get sorted out but I can’t believe they won’t give me my medication when I had the money to pay for it. Stupid pharmacist, don’t get your prescriptions sent here, they have idiots working in the pharmacy."

"It's a very popular pharmacy in the area and they're not very well stocked especially with good food. But I was able to get cash back and I guess it survives in the area that it's in . And serves them as good as they would like."
