"If you are wanting to get clean and stay clean off of drugs/alcohol and you have the right mindset (driven, positive), their residential program is world-class. I haven't had a single issue in the past few months I've been a client of theirs. Keep up the great work guys."
"The only thing necessary for evil to triumph in the world is that good men do nothing! I find this place helpful and am glad I was introduced to the program. I stayed at the transitional living also. I'm greatful for them. My only complaint is I was kicked out of transitional living because I refused to come back without my friend that ran to relapse. This caused me to break curfew by 5 hours. I was successful in my attempt to save her life. I'm not entitled to be there and would make the same decision every single time. Despite what they teach and claim to stand for my effort following those teachings was met with hostility. I find the decision to be petty and technical showing no compassion. I have no regrets in my decision and hope they can live with theirs knowing exactly what happened and why."
"Only one of my intake counselors listened to me and tried to help. The other two made me feel judged and I walked out of my third appointment due to it. Good luck to those who try to go themselves without a court order, self intake, they’ll make it about other things instead of what help you’re seeking."
"Always very uncomfortable for my girls and I. You typically wait a long time as they never seem to have enough staff. Waiting in the front room was awkward for us, as there were always people coming in for drug testing. Decided to not let my girls go here anymore and found new counselors in a clean and safer environment. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who has children."
"The idea behind this place is great and I truly believe that it started out with good intentions. But what it has evolved into is anything but good. As far as I can see it is just a lot of people with over inflated egos, they treat clients like children and constantly hold the threat of jail or the loss of their children over their heads. I think the staff should be there to help you work out your problems not create more."
