"We're new residents and have had only positive dealings with the mgr. Ms. Vee. We're long time Vegas residents and looking forward to the next phase of living here just in a different part of town. Ms Vee has been like a Guardian to our family. When we had to move out of our apartment due to a rent increase, she worked on getting a vacant apartment cleaned up and ready for us to transition from here to our new apartment!! Thank you Ms. Vee, you really do rock and I believe you truly care about people, especially those of us in dire need. Will let y'all know after we get settled how it goes. ❤️"

"It was a horrible experience!!!! I feel like I got ripped off I basically paid $350 for a week & was only there for 2 days before I was rudely woken up out of my sleep because supposed I was selling drugs & said I had a lot traffic coming to my room but when I asked to see the cameras they wouldn't show me or give me some of my money back for not staying a whole week. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"Where to begin? from non-working stoves, water that turns hot and cold frequently while you're taking a shower, beds with no linens , stained sofas, homeless people walking around and hanging out in the laundry room, concrete walls which you can hear through, people screaming and yelling all day, Constant sirens and police visits, expensive prices, and the office employees who don't give a crap about it. Then you have a drug dealers crackheads, hookers and crazy people all over the place. If you want to get robbed or raped or even killed stay here. I found a YouTube video of a woman who got murdered in one of these buildings. I've seen other locations that are even worse than the one that I'm staying in. If you're trying to get on your feet in Vegas this is not to place to be. The craziest part is I had called a nicer hotel and asked someone where they would recommend for me to go for a weekly rental and this was one of them he recommended. I also called the office and ask them if it was going to be OK for me I explained I was a single woman going to be living by myself. They later put an entire family next-door to me that was fighting every single day and night followed by crackheads on the other side of me who displayed some really weird behavior and are acting like they're planning to rob me or maybe even worse. Besides that the condition of the apartment is beyond horrible especially the fact that it is not functioning properly. I would never even think about staying in these places ever again. And I will do everything in my power to expose this."

"DO NOT come here thinking its a weekly hotel , they con u and once you pay NO REFUNDS... NO SHEETS , No towels , no toilet paper no nothing . Expect to pay $80 for a cab to the nearest place that sells those things Walmart . In the GHETTO . Comes to $240 a week and I'm stuck here for the week . 2 min after she took my money I found out there's no place close to buy the stuff I need and asked for a refund . Oh no buddy this is Vegas where there's nothing but ripoff and con artists . So now I gotta spend another $80 for cab to get the stuff I need and another 100 for the stuff that u need so it's much cheaper to get a hotel room somewhere like 4 queens where it's 30 a night with no resort fees, review of this room ..little couch in here is stained and burn holes all over it , bed has plastic on it , nasty looking stains under that . Internet sucks and u gotta pay $12 a week for it , , location ain't bad , walking distance from the strip if u can make it there with all the hood rats out and about , the grounds around this place looks like a dump sight out in jersey or something . Bottom line is if ur on vacation and looking for a cheap weeks stay . This ain't what u want . U can find a nice hotel out here with room service and towels and sheets and toilet paper for cheaper . Place sucks , but since I paid for it , it's Thursday and I'm just gonna stay til Sunday and then they can shove this place and the $250 where the sun don't shine . Thieves!!!"
