"Bang for your buck hotel! Great pricing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Asked the staff for small stuff and they always helped us out. The breakfast buffet was good too! Lots of food and never runs out! The pool was very nice. Kids enjoyed it a lot. The strip is a 15 min walk. But for others it may be a long walk. But my family of 5 had no issues at all. Right behind mgm grand hotel."

"In my opinion, this is the best value hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Above all, it’s clean, and the staff are friendly. You can walk to nearby attractions. I would especially recommend it for families traveling together."

"Stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are big and well maintained, breakfast is nice , and parking is available without wasting time. Affordable good hotel next to the strip . I asked for housekeeping, and it was poor. They only replaced towels and arranged bed sheets. They did not replace coffee cups or put new coffee capsules and did not take garbage very disappointed. Also i ask to make a Zoom call in the meeting roon for an hour since needed quite place for my business, they told me that they can not allow me since it was already order but i checked and all day it was empty...wanted to give 3 star but it is a good hotel although the service issues that i experience"

"This place is comfortable, clean, affordable and at a convenient location. You can stay here and go to the casinos, shops and shows at the strip without paying too much. The complimentary breakfast is good. Also there is a Dennys 50 yards away. I’d definitely stay here again. I took a star off the service because you have to ask for the room maid 24 hours prior and if you leave early, or forget to ask for the cleaning service you will end up having your same towels, bed sheets and trash in your room (maybe) for your whole stay, as I did."

"Location is prime, close to everything. Clean! Rooms are updated and roomy. Beds are AMAZING! Walking distance to the strip. The property itself is shared with another hotel. There is a long term motel next door, that is a little more on the sketchy side. Cops and security were circling the connecting parking lots (Denny's) all evening and night. We did wake to caution tape and cops investigating at the property next door. There is parking for a fee. We walked to MGM in the evening and it felt safe, great walkways. The airport is very close, so you can hear some planes and helicopters, but nothing to annoying. One side of the hotel is partial strip view, the other is planes, helicopters and mountains. We are here for the month of January, I will update at the end. First impression is great! Heated pool, great outdoor space! Good breakfast selection, the eating area filled up later in the morning. A variety of people staying here. Great customer service!"
