"Billed me for $101 on my incidentals card for no reason after I paid in full through a third party. They claim they have no record of the payment even though it’s on my statement. Won’t refund me."

"WiFi didn't work. Room was clean, relatively comfortable. Hard to view thermostat to understand temp setting. Lobby and bistro were really hot and uncomfortable this morning"

"Stayed for business travel, I will not stay at this location again. Pros: -Staff was friendly -Room was clean -Location is good -there's a bar with Liquor-good for a nightcap Cons: -Small rooms, small workspace, no ability to control temperature which is a wall unit. This pointed right at the desk I was working at. I turned the air off but it continued to blow cold air. I had to put a towel over it to keep it from blowing on me. -Vanity is tiny- barely enough room for my cosmetics and hair products -Light over vanity is very dim; could not see well to do my makeup or hair, no other useable mirrors in the room, no full size mirror -Television was satellite I guess? No channel guide, small tv, weird placement, had to flip through all channels one-by-one to find out what was on (when I travel for work I like to zone out at night to the Office and Golden Girls reruns-these were not options) -My number 1 issue was the gym. If working out while on the road is important to you make other plans, the gym is the size of a large utility closet at best. There were a couple treadmills and cardio machines and the most ridiculous free weight set I've ever seen. Some of the weights were missing and there was only room for 1 person to work out. I have low expectations for hotel gyms in general but this was abysmal. My home "gym" which is a mix of different weights and things I've picked up over the years is 10X better. Overall a very strange Marriott experience."

"I stayed here knowing its location from strip. But this was a last-minute trip and fit my budget. The hotel is great, quiet, and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room was average size and was very quiet. The Ubers arrive fast, 6-10 mins, and it's a 20-25 min ride to MGM. Lastly, the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport."

"Good hotel, near the venues that were important to this stay (business), front desk personnel were great, room was clean. Negatives: The shower control constantly malfunctioned; could not maintain water temp and water was either scalding hot or cold. The provided shampoo and soap dispensers are impossible to read (see photo). Am I putting soap in my hair and shampoo on my face, or what? There was mildew and broken sheetrock at the side of the bathtub (see photo). We had a four hour power outage in the evening (not the fault of the hotel) and the front desk staff was excellent during a difficult time. Always bring a flashlight, always have a charger for your phone and laptop."
