"Horrible service! Went through the drive thru and asked to redeem my points for my drink. The girl wasn’t listening and charged my card and because my card didn’t have enough I owed more. I even asked her if she redeemed my points and she said no. She laughed it off and say “my bad”. Didn’t even offer to fix it. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! My receipt number is #684088 time stamped at 2:34 pm. Check your security cameras to see who she is as she never gave her name. I even tried calling and they hung up on me with no answer. Worse Starbucks ever!"

"I hardly ever go to Starbucks....offered to bring a coffee to a friend so I got one for myself too. Ordered an 'ice coffee, no sugar, no flavor'. I told the cashier 'just iced coffee with cream in it'. Got to where I was and it had sugar in it. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. Meant to take a pic to bring it back."

"My son’s doctor’s office is right down the street from here so I decided to get a coffee. I’m not always a big fan of Starbucks sometimes because they’re not very consistent with their flavor and some overdo it with the ice. I ordered a iced pumpkin spice with sweet cream. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. They were generous with everything not just the ice. Great customer service, Quick efficient and it was delicious!! This location is by far the best I’ve ever tried."
