"We spent 4 days in this hotel last week and were treated quite well despite the place being filled to capacity the night we checked in due to local youth sporting events. The staff, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area folks were all very friendly and accommodating. Also very special Shout Out to the hotel manager, John Gomez, who was especially caring and went out of his way to help us during a very difficult family situation."

"Location is pretty convenient for what we wanted to do. We stayed three nights so we got zero housekeeping for our stay The floors were pretty filthy. Something about the vinyl flooring doesn’t get clean. Get out of the shower and walk to the bedroom and your feet are filthy. We had a studio and everything has to be a barn door type door. The door to the bathroom and the shower door both are and both make a horrible screeching noise when you open or close them. Not good if your traveling companion is trying to sleep. There was a youth soccer match I. Then the weekend we stayed so it was overrun with unsupervised pre teen boys being obnoxious everywhere Not sure what’s up with Marriott branded hotels lately. Been disappointed with the last several stays and will avoid the chain in the future."

"put a quick great stay. What a nice things about the Fairfield is it is not on the strip. The strip is so clustered right now with F1 ending. The streets are shutting down at 9 o’clock and making it near impossible walk 200 yards in the right direction I know because that 2 yards took an hour and a half because of the construction going on in town. I love the hotel I love the service"

"The room had no seating area. The drapes would not close all the way. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the airport, and just far enough from the strip. Breakfast was good. I was able to use points versus cash."

"These folks do not care about their customers. I had reserved 4 rooms o er a month ago for my team while traveling. I had 4 separate confirmation numbers for each reservation. When my team arrives they inform me that they only saw 3 reservations. After I gave the lady at the service desk all four confirmation numbers, she said noted that I was correct, but in their error they combined two separate confirmations into one reservation. I have no idea how this could happen, but essentially my teammates had to room together because they were full. So I asked how they could make this right... They offered "points" which are totally worthless. The employee really had no desire to help in any way or even show any concern for that matter. No discounts, no credit for future rooms, nothing. I'm not the kind of guy that asks for a handout, But they really don't care about taking care of anyone quite frankly. I don't recommend this place."
