"If you choose to move to Manor Suites, Beware. Do not complain. They don't care. They really don't. They don't have to. The Las Vegas furnished rental market is tight enough that they will just find someone else to replace you. People need to know what DESPICABLE management runs this place. They could not care less about you, or your comfort.. I moved here thinking long term. What a huge mistake! The first night, I realized the bed was terribly sagging in the center (like sleeping in a bowl), I told the management and they just flipped the mattress. Next night, the bed was still collapsed so I went to the manager again. they just flipped it again. Turns out the box spring was completely collapsed. The next solution, remove the box spring and put the mattress on the floor Thats what I got for the rest of my weeks stay. True story. Worse, after going through this, I went to pay the rent and was told that I was not "a good fit" ,and would have to leave. That's right, I was told to move because I complained about a damaged bed. All the trouble of moving in, and then being told to move out, for complaining about a collapsed bed.. See the photos proving my points and how truly awful this place is managed. Check the receipt "still complains DNR per management" (DNR = do not rent). Seriously, what would you do? Put up with sleeping on a collapsed bed? At this place? Unfortunately you had better. That is, if you want to stay. I've never been asked to leave anywhere in my life. Bottom line, their God Awful manager told me to move simply because I complained about a defective bed. The most important piece of furniture in an apartment"

"It is mins from the strip. You have all the shopping a resturants all nearby and also on bus transit. Hotel is clean quiet and comfortable. I was there for 7 days. reasonable rates by the week or month. I was visiting a friend"

"Some of the worst people live here; It's a building filled with people who have serious psychological issues like NPD, major drug addictions, & psychosis. There's this awful family that lives on the 1st floor; They drive this ridiculous Kia that wakes everyone up...I thought Rastafarians were supposed to be good people, not lame & selfish, but I guess that's what you can expect from a city that's filled with people from such a low gene pool who never learned manners & common decency. Tenants at Manor Suites let their dogs use the outside of our apartment windows as a toilet, so it's making me & other Siegel Suites' tenants suffer from the obnoxious smells. Narcissists blast music all day & night in their cars; It seems like the management doesn't care at all...I complained about the dog issue & nothing was done. At this point, I'm starting to get sick because of all of the chaos Manor Suites has brought into my life & from the constant sleep deprivation. I hope at some point, the people who work here do something about the tenants who break the law because their negligence is making many people at Siegel Suites miserable."
