"Went to see David Copperfield at the MGM. I was extremely disappointed in how dirty the class was. Unless they have more then 1 high roller room the one I went into was awful. Way to many machines. It's hard to walk around because of all the machines, chairs then add in the people. It smelled horrible. When I went here a few years back it was nothing like this. It was clean and roomy and bright. Not anymore. I was really disappointed in the MGM. It used to be one of my favorite Casinos in Vegas. Unless I was on the wrong side of the casino it just felt dirty inside."

"I was assigned a room almost at the end of a long hallway; the room is okay and beds are comfortable but disappointing that there is no coffee maker. I overlook mostly the roofs of buildings but at least the sunrise was beautiful to watch. No menus for in-room dining although available by scanning a QR code, assuming that you have that capability on your phone."

"Rooms are outdated but are renovating soon, most things did not work, but the staff in this hotel is like no other. Coming from the Wynn villas this hotel had the same amount of service compared to them. They are very kind courteous and willing to assist with butler service and amazing late night treats. Def will be back after there renovations. Also SELENA is the the best manager and most helpful manager experienced and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. "Love love love. Private entrance, private check-in. The service to the room was great, only a call away, and we had someone in our room in minutes. The suite was set beautifully for when we walked in. From the minute we arrived, the service was great until the day we checked out. I will definitely come back. Every day someone would come restock my room. Chocolate is left on the bed bath bombs and bath supplies restock and champagne restock. The room was always left amazing after room service. Having a limo taking us everywhere was the best no parking hassle, no worrying about driving or waiting to be picked up."

"I've stayed here many times in the past and it never disappoints. Savannah and her team did a great job putting together my itinerary and making sure every need was taken care of. That type of service keeps me coming back. Would love to see the rooms get refreshed to compete with other higher end, newer, properties on the strip."
