"Good location. Free parking. Good breakfast included in stay but definitely NOT typical Hyatt material. Exterior looks nice but property unkept, room furnishings were old, the room that was stayed in had a heater that was not working and it was a cold weekend. The employees I interacted with should be working in back of house and not be working with people directly. They appear as though they hate their jobs, and it’s quite evident. They are curt in their way of talking to clients not just myself, but the other side witnessed as well, their tone of voice is just not on point. I understand people need a job and places are understaffed, but people like that shouldn’t work with other people."

"ALYSSA gave me wonderful kind service. For free, she personally helped me with a personal matter, without hesitation. The room was clean and nice. I opted out of housekeeping, but I saw them next door everyday. I was lonely, as it was a business trip and I had no company, so I spent time at the bar to be in the midst of others. The lobby was comfortable and enjoyable. The free breakfast was served 0630-0900. It was a must for me, as I take medication that requires a bite to eat along with it. The breakfast was good, and it varied from day to day. I hope my job books the Hyatt for my next business trip. A specific thank you to you, Alyssa. Thank you for your kindness to me when I asked you for a favor!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Hyatt Place! Staff was superb & very kind! The lobby & dining area are very clean and cozy! The rooms are spacious & comfy - only issue is the poor water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was great with lots of options! The star is the spa/pool area - what a tranquil & lovely space for guests to unwind! Thank you!"

"Had a great experience here! The rooms are super nice, beds and pillows are comfy. Love that it’s a convenient, and nice location away from the strip. It felt like a safe area. The staff members were really friendly. The only thing that wasn’t “great” (minor complaint) is that the shower head pressure wasn’t great so it was like showering in a light rain, felt a little difficult to get all the soap off. And when we arrived, there were a couple black hairs on the toilet so that made me question if it had been cleaned or not. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Had to stay here due to my Gastric sleeve surgery. Was extremely surprised really friendly staff always greeted with a smile and respect room was beautiful clean beds super comfy. Beautiful outside pool very modern with hot tub. The hubby and I enjoyed it. Is Just the right place to recover from surgery highly recommend."
