"Room was great with a great view. No cots or roll in beds available and the pull out couch was terrible. Valet service was pretty chaotic and they even managed to "misplace" my vehicle. Luckily, it was found, but still a nail biting moment for sure. All in all I would stay again."

"This property is a dump. The word LUXURY needs to be removed from their title. I thought l was booking luxury suites at the MGM Grand......falsely misled. As the front desk explained it is like you are staying at an Air BNB within a hotel, My room is penthouse level which means nothing. Furnishings are old and stained. Room is not clean and the carpets are heavily soiled with stains. Front desk can not assist with your stay at all. They can not assist you at all with any housekeeping requests or bathroom amenities. No daily housekeeping! There is no room service as mentioned in the description. I will never be returning to this property!"

"Rooms were outstanding. Fittings and appliances, everything you want. Space for cutlery, but no cutlery. Parking was a problem as we're frequently told there is no valet service in Tower three where we were, and had to go to Tower one or two to leave our car and walk back."

"The cleanliness of the rooms and service were very disappointing. Upon arriving to our rooms there was old food and screws on the floors, two lights were out, the showers had mold, scum and hand prints on the glass door, the headboard was peeling, there were stains on the walls, couch cushions and sheets (some looked like blood), an outlet didn’t work where the toaster was, there was coffee but no coffee maker (which was supposed to be included) and the rooms smelled. We were told cleaners would come at 10am. They didn’t arrive until around 3pm. I waited and had to miss majority of the days planned events. I was told they would look into giving a refund or discount for the inconvenience but now they are giving me the run around and not responding. The location is good, with easy access to the strip but staying here is not worth the headache. Go somewhere else."

"The hotel itself is located a small ways off the strip, which is very nice if you prefer a quieter setting. The room was spacious and offered a great view of the Sphere, but a bit on the older side. The safe was not functioning and the shower had cracked tiles and some grime along the corners. On the plus side, it also had a spacious jacuzzi! The booking includes a free parking spot using valet services, where cost is tip-based. There is no onsite option to self-park. It is only available at MGM Grand. Most hotels we’ve stayed at provide daily cleaning services. This is not included during the stay, so they provide many towels in the room on arrival. Delivery of any extra towels or cleaning is an additional fee."
