"I was forced to move here after getting kicked out of my parents house last year and let me just say, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! There are literally roaches EVERYWHERE! You have to kill one roach after the next & after the NEXT! No matter how clean you keep your unit. They’re all in your bathroom, on the toilet seat, in your tub, crawling from in & out of your sink, all in your kitchen cabinets, all over your fridge, all over the walls, and some even get as bold as to crawl in YOUR BED. I can’t tell you how many times a roach has crawled ON ME as i was laying down! IT’S DISGUSTING! And not only that but these units are not up to date, the upkeep of these buildings are terrible. You can tell these buildings and units fell into disrepair a long time ago. They don’t properly clean these units they just paint over, glue down, parts of every unit. Idk how theres been people living in these quarters for YEARS i’ve only been here for not even 6 months. And i hate every second of it. It doesn’t feel like home, these weekly joints are the literal bottom of the bottom. And the rent is ridiculously high. A studio for one month is like 1500-1700. To live in a roaches playground for A MONTH, where your bedroom living and kitchen are all the same space is almost 2000 a month. Yeah no thanks. I leave for a job in another state for 7 months and trust when i return to Vegas i will NEVER stay in another weekly much less any Siegel Suite. They all have bed bugs and roaches just check the other locations reviews. And they’re all placed in skid row."

"This is by far the nastiest, infested place that I have ever lived in my whole life. The good reviews are fake and I’ve never seen so many roaches never. I will never come back. They need to be shut down for ripping people off by charging so much. $1400 for a studio apartment and the amount of bugs I’ve seen in there is outrageous. They should be ashamed of themselves. Never again"

"Jenna had awesome customer service she also allowed me to know ahead before opening the studio room that was available it is not their most desirable but she did not have to let me know that my judgment when I saw the room was immediately shutdown it felt unhappy and sad in that studio it needs great extreme work done the smell was awful but her service was on point if their loft was available and ready I am sure with no doubt we would have moved in...."

"THIS IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES DO NOT STAY HERE because you will have to constantly have to kill them. The amount of wholes in every room. Some of the windows dont have a screen to protect them and are mostly loose. You will. Have roaches regardless no matter how clean you are. Just be careful living here but I recommend you don't."
