"Overall, there’s several minor things they can improve on. When you add them all up, it makes me feel there’s other hotels that you can get better service/location in this price point. It started out when we arrived there was around 5 couples waiting to check in and it was quite the slow process. It was around noon so we knew we were early but we were hopeful we could pay for an early check in since we had a long travel morning and needed a nap. The gentleman at check in said our room was clean and ready but awaiting “Manager approval” so wouldn’t be long. We asked how long and he said he can’t say but I’ll get a text soon. We decided to grab lunch at a sit down restaurant. 2 hours later we come back and they say the Manager hasn’t checked the room yet. It took over 3 hours. The room was ready at the 3pm check in, but it was certainly oversold that it would be ready sooner. They also discontinued the skeleton key, so if you’ve seen it on socials and got excited, know it’s not an option anymore. Later on we found out they didn’t add my Husband to the room even though we checked in together and after we extended our check out time, his key didn’t work and they weren’t going to let him get a new key. The room is clean and spacious. Very pretty. Everything in it was working fine. Having the safe use up a drawer was a little strange vs having it in the closet. The shower pressure is average. The toilet paper is terrible- pack your own. I’m not even kidding. The fridge is super tiny, so you can only really fit a few drinks in there. During the stay the staff was either super kind or super rude. Nothing in between. Often times we were questioned if we were Crockford guests when walking through the lobby. When we had our pool day and we were grabbing our towels the towel guy said we should go to the Crockford pool that day since it was “open to everyone”. Well that was disappointing to people who are paying the premium for the access. They obviously assumed we weren’t staying there. There’s no room service. It’s through Grub Hub. That makes sense for a 3-4 star hotel, not this one. Overall, we picked Resorts World area since we thought it had more to do than the Fountaine Blue across the street where we spent new years at. The Fountaine Blue has far better rooms for cheaper. The food court at Resorts World has more choices. However, the mall and party vibes aren’t as strong. Resorts World has a better casino floor since it has more machines, but Fountaine is more spacious and has a cleaner feel. Same machines. Same table minimums. Overall, if you’re going to stay on the north end, I think Fountaine is your better bet."

"We had our first experience with Crockfords at Resorts World this weekend and we cannot say enough about the full experience. Great front desk staff to start, clean and comfortable rooms! Amazing bell hop staff too! Gym and pool area is very nice and inviting. We also liked the casino and roulette table ladies. And don’t forget to see the wonderful Carrie Underwood while she is there - what a show!!We hope to come again soon!"

"We just love this place. We always feel like we’re flying first class - the staff is exceptional. We really enjoyed concierges Christina and Michael this trip. They were so wonderful. Housekeeping always made our room gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and so quiet. And also thanks to Zach for the courtesy ride to dinner. Christian at the lobby bar was a delight. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it’s a bit of a trek to get most places, but we love this quieter end of the strip. You have fans for life here!!! See you all again soon."

Overall, my experience at Crockfords Vegas was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of great service, exceptional cleanliness, and the delightful pool experience makes this hotel a top choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every restaurant we dined in was fantastic, particularly Wally's."

"The room was spacious and very nice with a comfortable bed and bedding. The room service was excellent, timely and the food was warm and well prepared. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s a wonderful break from the same old crowded loud hotels. This hotel had a luxurious feel without ridiculous prices. Don’t miss the rooftop bar it offers great views, good drinks and a good menu"
