"We had the opportunity to spend the night from March 13 to 14 at the hotel. First, we were surprised by the queue in which we spent the first 40 minutes, but that's just the beginning. Upon approaching the hotel's reception, we were "greeted" by a young man who ostentatiously chewed gum while talking to us. I think this looks inelegant towards guests. During the conversation, we were informed that our reservation, which we had made 2 weeks earlier, had been canceled despite the fact that we had received confirmation of our stay on arrival... The receptionist informed us that if we wanted to stay at the hotel we had to make a re-booking already at a price above the initial purchase. In addition, after another payment, we were not given any other information about our stay, not even the floor on which the room was located. The whole situation was topped by the noise coming from the building, which woke us up at 5 am. In addition, after waking up, we noticed strange, itchy marks on our skin. I don't want to guess what it could have been. Overall the location of the hotel is great, the service and customer attitude unfortunately needs to be improved. On our next visit to Las Vegas we will definitely choose another hotel."
"Unfortunately for me, some of the shows my family wished to see were located here. ZERO concept of customer service. 1. Security on their high horse heckled me for my show tickets as we were trying to leave. Never been through that one. I totally understand trying to get in, but on exit I'm stopped and asked for show tickets?!? And it was a clear, you're not leaving here until I see your tickets. It was me, my wife, and 2 kids on this one. Also, the same security officer: on our way in to the show (and we made clear that we were here for the show) sent us down stairs and through the casino for restrooms. Only to find out there were restrooms a few feet after the ticket check in. 2. One time it was just me and my son. I needed a reprint of my player's card so I didn't have to pay for parking. My son is super young mind you. One of the cashiers pointed directly at him and said he had to wait away from the cage. Okay, fine, I understand gaming laws etc... but if you understand customer service, you offer an employee to keep an eye out for your clearly small child, or bring me the card (which plenty of other places have done. They take my ID and deliver my card at a non gaming location). Nope, not here. Here it's essentially - Don't give a rats that you're here with your son. Aw, you have no one to watch him, that's too bad for you. Now F off and leave the cage area - 3. A different time I needed a player's card, I was lectured on why I shouldn't be using my military ID. And it wasn't a pleasant suggestion type thing. It was a snarled face I'm right and you're wrong type lecture. Straight up, if this place didn't have big time singers and magicians, we would NEVER set foot in here again."
"This will only be a casino review as I did not stay here, although the location is perfect. The most affordable casino tables I've seen on this trip amongst all the other casinos I've passed through. The poker tables go as little as $10 min bet which made playing on them much more tempting. With a lower cost entry, it helps me learn more about the game as I played, rather than go broke after 1 round at other casinos. Definitely will be looking to return back to these tables next time I visit Las Vegas."
"The rooms and stay were fine. My main complaint is the location of the parking. Parking is far from the hotel. Once parked, you have to walk through the miracle mile mall (there is no shortcut) luggage, and all you'll be walking through crowds at this mall before you reach the casino. Also, parking is not included in your stay. Other than that, the casino was fun, and rooms were comfortable."
"Nice compromise. Didn't stay there but 1. Great location 2. Affordable but fun shopping 3. Clean casino 4. Nice food options, more affordable than others. Ate at restaurant with beautiful fountain view 5. Variety show affordable (and lots of affordable shows with variety instead of just expensive super shows) - also like that matinee shows Would try here next time, as cheaper than high end options, and common areas nicer than where we stayed for a bit less (looked up cost, rooms affordable)"
