"Great front desk service. Always kind, helpful, and professional. Yes, l would stay here, again. Maintenance will check all apts., and often. Very polite and thorough! Heating and hot water, works. Refrigerator and lighting is awesome. Nice kept up tubs, with an ole school bathroom feel. Which I love the most, since it's pink and white color, lol. Nice windows, closet and a mirror. Safe place"

"It's not bad here. It's a good place to have your first apartment. Management could improve on letting renters know issues are happening, other than that...it's not bad. Your neighbors are friendly and everything is within a mile or two from the place."

"This is one of the nicer Budget Suites here in Vegas. Close to a Walmart superstore, bus lines and Santa Fe Station make for an ideal location. Outside area is clean and well maintained. Inside is comfortable and clean for the most part. Laundry, though pricey, is on site and full size fridge and stove make cooking easy. The separation between the living room and the bedroom has a large opening where the TV can swivel between the 2 rooms making the need for 2 TV unnecessarily. When needed tho, curtains can block off this opening and give privacy to both bed and living room. I lived here for over a year both times I stayed here and both times were clean and bug free. Expensive but then again, where in Vegas is it not expensive. Utilities included and for a small fee the Wi-Fi password make the amount paid equal to that of a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment WITH utilities."

"Look, I need people to understand your essentaily in a hotel in las vegas nv especially that is know for being "SIN TOWN" I want to give a helpful review for others to not mess up and think this place is ghetto or something. This place is not ghetto its 1-10 a 5 not bad or too good for people who are people but people who needs a place to stay and that minds there own business nothing bad will happen to you. And to the 2 reviewers I saw in the bottom Margaret R. And Melondy W. First off (MR) review they were cleaning because someone was moving out and they were throwing out the furniture of that person to replace it with "new" furniture not old or used so idk about your problem with the furniture cause they are new so yeah. Now following (MW) if you get the notice that almost every apartment gets they turn off the water they never serve cold water they turn it off so they can fix any plumbing issues your apartment might face or prevent I guess. Okay now some of the people that work there sometimes talk "ill" if ykyk what I mean by "ill" in their native language being native but you have to let it slide right!? Everyone says curses when doing there job infront of customers (in their mind of course) but yeah. You just gotta know your in "sinners town" and location anywhere in las vegas is badd another thing don't be picky this apartment/hotel is okay to live in for business/school/in need of a place because they have rules set in they clean the outside and they regularly have sercuitys in check so yeah don't be noisy and if a problem occurs don't be a Karen like some of the review are in here because of those review I probably would have to be a in seigel suites the place that is almost same price as here but no sercuity no rules and worse of. Alot more crackheads in there compared to only maybe seeing 1 crackhead but pretty displine that crackhead was"
