"Order the Philly and it tasted just like a roast beef sandwich.... no kind of seasoning on it at all... it was so bland and tasteless....And my favorite place for 6 years I don't go to the mall much but when I do I always eat here... I know new owners have taken over I don't know if it's been a year or two or what but I will never go back ever"

"Best sandwich guaranteed! I drove an hour to get a sandwich, better than any sandwich place I’ve tried. Honestly I’m not even sure how anyone can leave a 1 star rating. People are honestly so petty and shouldn’t be aloud to use comments. Go to sacramento and try it if you think the “employees” are that bad. To add this was mine and my husbands go to sandwich place! "I’ve been to this location twice since it opened. I had Charley’s many times while I was serving in the US Army and always thought it was pretty good. the old school is great.. I grew up just outside of Philly & for a chain restaurant it “scratches my itch.” A lot of reviews of this location are very negative & I strongly disagree. Everyone has been very nice and attentive.. I hope Charley’s @ Meadowood succeeds! In my opinion it’s the best option @ the food court."

Disgusting attitudes especially by that tall popped-belly guy ( the so-called manager with horrible people skills). I would NOT dare buy anything here. I am from Philly and I know what real philly cheese steaks are suppose to taste like and its not here! Most importantly the attitudes are bad by the majority staff there!!!!!
