"The deli has been closed as far as I know."
"We have been a regular at border deli for years.. not sure what has happened to the customer service at the deli, but it has gone down the tubes.. The lady making our sandwiches was rude, hung up on me before I finished placing my order and continued to be rude when we picked up the order.. Not a good way to keep loyal customers!! Give your employees some good old fashioned schooling on how to treat people with kindness!!"
