"If you like to be ridiculed, laughed at, never have your billing correct, and hung up on, then this is the Agent for you. Unfortunately after over 50 years of service with State Farm we decided to cancel due to the fact that the staff can't seem to correctly bill and especially due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. We had previously set up for automatic payments not once but twice and it seems they still didn't set it up. Today would have been the third time setting up an automatic payment. I called State Farm and requested an email. I questioned the email address provided and the assistant laughed at me, told me to have a nice day and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, advised people in customer service don't hang up on customers, she then lied and said she was trying to put me on hold. She had clearly hung up on me as there was no reason to put me on hold and now she lied to cover up her poor choice of actions. At this time I requested to speak to Mr. Lewis, I was told Mr. Olivera was out of the office and I could be transferred to the office manager. After a short time on hold the office manager proceeded to pick up the phone and literally was more rude than the first girl. I advised we would like to cancel our policy and was met with a hang up. So in summary, they can't seem to get their billing correct and the staff is does not value their customers and very unprofessional. The good news is that for the same Insurance coverage, we are now paying less and will get automatic deduction. Thank you American Family Insurance for being amazing and good bye State Farm and especially good bye to this particular Agent and his Staff."
