"I called to check on how much it would be to bring our cat in for an exam and possible treatment. The staff that answered the phone had a very bad attitude, in other words poor customer service. So, the way I look at it is if I call and they have poor service over the phone. Just think when and if I brought our cat in, 110% chance we would have a VERY bad experience. It seemed to me the only thing Becky cared about was running up a very large bill for us! Real sad because we have taken our animals to ARK in the past and they were never this rude. CONGRATULATIONS ARK!!!! You have lost a loyal customer!!!"
