I was a little nervous in the beginning since I was not familiar with AdventureSmith and the trip was expensive but I am so happy I did. First off, Taylor was amazing at her job and patiently answered my hundreds of questions during the process. She was very prompt in replying back to my inquires. Most importantly, she worked out the specifics and arranged our 8-day trip with Antarctica 21. We opted to buy a package where you fly over the drake passage (I get seasick) and got the best boat ever - The Magellan Explorer. The crew was amazing. We did 7 different landings and saw penguins, whales, seals, etc. Don’t forget to do the Polar Plunge!! In short, this is a terrific operator and a tremendous trip. "This AdventureSmith trip to Athens/Greek Isles was the trip of a lifetime!! Their expertise setting up all the logistics led to such an amazing experience from start to end. Starting with Athens, we felt like we were in the center of all the sites and culture that we hoped to see. Venturing out of the city to tour the ruins of Delphi was a highlight that gave the experience to see some of the inland of Greece. The next leg of our trip was on the small boat "Galileo". The small boat package was such a great way to see the Isles. It gave the opportunities to see some of the most beautiful pristine areas that are inaccessible to the larger boats. The staff/food was great! The boat was small enough to have wonderful memorable experiences with all the guests and staff but large enough to find those quiet relaxing spaces. All the port locations had a nice variety of scenic beauty. We found that the people of Greece are very warm and accommodating. We highly recommend this experience. Thank you AdventureSmith :)"

"My 16 year old son and I were lucky enough to take an AdventureSmith trip to Greece this summer. We began our trip with a few days in Athens where AdventureSmith set us up in a wonderful hotel a short walking distance to the Acropolis and the many interesting districts including Plaka. It had amazing views of the Acropolis and a very nice breakfast buffet at the rooftop bar 10/10 and even a lovely pool. We took a few tours organized by AdventureSmith which were top notch. Excellent guides who were able to read the group and take us to all the right places for the right amount of time. Highly recommend the walking food tour around Athens (souvlaki and freddo were delicious) and the day trip to Delphi that takes you through the countryside to the World Heritage site and a stop for lunch at traditional family Greek restaurant. Next we boarded the small sailing ship Galileo for a fabulous week long cruise of the Cyclades Islands including gratuitous stops in Mykonos and Santorini, swim stops in quiet bays and beaches, and stops at smaller islands that we throughly enjoyed. The boat moved mostly at night so you arrive at a new island daily. We especially loved our stops at Folegranos, Paros, and Syros. The boat was stunning, plenty of room for the 45 passengers, with rooms more spacious than expected, two outdoor decks one with a full bar and the top deck with the most comfortable loungers, and the best crew including cruise director to help you with your plans for the day at each destination. Last but not least, the food! The chef on the ship turned out amazing food with different options everyday, hot, delicious and plentiful. Two meals per day including a daily full breakfast buffet, lunch bbq, buffet and themed sit down dinners- all fabulous. We look forward to our next AdventureSmith vacation and hope to return again to Greece soon."
