"Tahoe Getaways is such a great Rental Company to rent through. The customer service is amazing, the response time is quick, and it was all pretty straight forward. We had one issue w/ the rental and a door not working properly (which wasn't an issue, we just wanted to make a note of it) and they offered to have someone come and get it fixed as soon as possible. They really do have great customer service. They were also really accommodating, we were lucky enough to be able to have a later check-out time, enhancing this amazing experience. As far as the rental, we LOVED it. It was great for my family and I. The description on the website is exactly as we thought, only better. The place is so much more beautiful the pictures don't do it justice. The little details such as the chimney - the huge over and huge fridge were such a plus. We were very pleased with the whole trip. We will be coming back and Tahoe Getaways will be our go to place to choose a place from. Thank you guys so much!"
