"They have to cover a very wide area; it takes at least a month as their Minden office closed-Melissa is great and tries to help everyone as quickly as she can--I've had two CPAP's and they came delivered to my home in Lake Tahoe within 2 months--if you realize how much of an area they have to cover, be patient, they will get to you within 60 days--that is the norm--I see some bad reviews and that stinks--as a retired High Producing Mortgage Banker in the 70's to 2006 it took up to 90 days to get Mortgage--it took 3 weeks just to get a credit report and 2 months to get an appraisal until the 90's--people think they can just snap their fingers and be served--that's not the case here--be smart, be patient, and be happy when you get served--Sincerely, JC Hayes."

They acknowledged the time I had been reaching out to them but insisted that I make an appointment to fill out forms on a tablet. The epitome of poor customer service. They must hire from a pool of candidates that couldn't ask "do you want fries with that". What if your life depended on service like this?"
