"Hubby and I were walking by and we're snagged by Ana offering free sample. Skeptical, but hubs has chronic back and hip pain from a construction accident over 25 yrs ago so stopped and listened. Ana offered him some pain relief salve, to-go, enough for 2 applications. She told us the price range and it was plenty ($45-$600) but we though we'd take the free sample and give it a shot. Amazingly, that night I put the salve on his hip (not back) and the next morning he awoke without hip pain! First time in years! Fluke??? Well, next night, I put the salve on his hip and HALF way up his back. Next morning, hip and half back both felt great- places without salve had typical pain. We were convinced, went back, bought the $600 2 year supply. Only issue was another salesman trying too aggressively to sell me stem cell skin treatment!!!"

"I was in Las Vegas for my birthday and bought this product which cost me over $200 with tax. I got back home to Washington State and was excited to try this product. Unfortunately the product would not come out due to a faulty pump. I tried to contact this company for over a month with promises of a call back from a manager which I never got. Ultimately I just wanted a replacement for this very expensive item and was blown off repeatedly. I was even told they were shipping a new one out that never came. Long story short save your money. This company does not care about their customers."

"BURNED UNDER MY EYES… They are friendly enough But at the end of the day they are sales people… I have Vegas bags under my eyes so he tries to convince me to buy the cream.. Put it on one eye … I ask if it’s supposed to burn and he said it’s just tightening everything… Looks at my husband and tries to get in to see how much better it looks but he says he doesn’t know it’s a difference… It’s still burning but again he says it’s normal… And continues to do the other Eye so I don’t look ridiculous… Tries to get me to buy at $199 for a one year supply or 299 for two year supply… I say let’s see how long it lasts but all of a sudden there’s a promo two years for 199… I still say no I wanna see if it actually works for the day… Underneath my eyes are all flaking skin and burned now and a lot of pain… Please be aware and has put a damper on my vacation… I understand the sales technique and this is not to bash them for that it’s to advise everybody that if it is burning take it off immediately"
