"Every one that helped me get the wound vac were polite and helpful. Dan made sure that I had it before my next wound care appointment. He explained everything in a perfect way that anyone could understand. Thank you for making this happen for me!"
"DO NOT use this company and tell your Doctors NOT to use this company!! If I could give them a minus 5 I would!!! Nothing but frauds, liars and thiefs!!! They dont care about your well being, all they care about is the money!! While in the hospital with a lung issue, my Dr said he was going to have oxygen tanks and a machine sent to my house. Well, DAN O. brought the tanks to the hospital that day on Aug. 23 and I had to wheel them out. He said he would have the machine delivered in a little while. He told me that my insurance co. would buy the machine and I could keep it forever with NO CHARGE to me. 7 hours layer at 8:30 that night a guy delivered the machine and said the same thing but there would be a charge for the rental of the tanks and took my credit card number. I NEVER did use the tanks. After my follow up with my Dr a week later, he cleared me and said return the tanks but if Dan said the machine was free then keep it in case I needed it later. On Sept. 1, I called Dan to have the tanks picked up. He said he would turn a work order in and tell the office to stop billing. Well that never happened so after several calls finally on Sept. 27 he came by to p/u the tanks and was mad at me for bugging him. He said he turned a work order in and didn't understand why they weren't picked up. I asked if he had the billing stopped and he said yes!! A week later I get a bill for charges for the tanks and the machine. I also got charges on my credit card for both also!! I called billing and explained and they said there was nothing they could do and transferred me to the local office. I spoke with Renee and explained and she proceeded to lie to me twice!! She said Dan never turned in a work order or requested that billing be stopped on the tanks but also said Dan should not have told me the machine was free!! She thought I still had the tanks and I said no they were p/up back in Sept and Dan was supposed to stop billing. She said she never got that request either!! She said she would contact billing to credit me retro to Sept. 1 and would have the machine picked up which they did 2 days later. I got 2 more bills over 2 months so I called billing again and spoke to Jason and explained the whole situation. He said, you must be talking about Dan O., we have heard about him!!! Jason backed out the tank charges but sad I still had to pay for the machine rental and Dan should have known better. So I paid the biil just to be done with this company!!! I did call my ins. co. after the first bill and explained the situation to them. Bottom line is that my ins. co. was going to stop payment on any further charges from Rotech and was going to file a grievance against them for fraudulent billing and misrepresentation by Dan O. I am also going to report this to the Better Business Bureau!!! So PLEASE DO YOURSELF a favor and do not use this company and tell your Dr's that you want nothing to do with this compny and do not use them. You will be the ones to suffer!! And Rotech, DO NOT tell me to contact customer service site to explain. If you all really cared , you would contact us!! DAN O. should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"We had a great experience. My mom had her walker delivered to the hospital and Daniel O. fitted to her. He noted the one she was using was way too high. My mom is 87 and had broken her hip. Daniel made her so much more confident to walk with her new, well-fitted walker. He was super friendly and listened to her. Really all an elderly person needs…to be heard. Thanks Rotech and thanks Daniel 0.!"
"I was having problems with my CPAP machine making noise and not working properly. With work, I could not get to Rotech for them to look at it. Mike was kind enough to come to my work and look at my machine to see what was wrong with it. After about a half hour he figured it out and now my machine works great! Rotech needs more people like Mike that care enough to go a little above and beyond to help out their customers!"
"I am writing this review after an incredibly exhausting experience with Rotech, and I feel obligated to share my ordeal to forewarn others. I wish I had paid closer attention to the alarmingly low 1.3 rating (at the time of writing this) on Google reviews, perhaps the first red flag I blatantly ignored, hoping my experience would be different. Unfortunately, it was a decision I would come to regret over the next four months or so. My frustration began the moment I entrusted Rotech with my needs for specific medical equipment, a decision based on sheer necessity at the time. The process was anything but smooth or accommodating from the get-go. My first interaction was met by an evident lack of commitment and empathy from their staff, which should have served as a warning of the service that was to follow. Customer service was not just unhelpful but almost seemed non-existent, a far cry from the standard one would expect when dealing with healthcare-related matters. As days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, my patience wore thin. I was caught in a never-ending loop of unfulfilled follow ups. On the occasions that I did manage to engage with someone via phone, I was met with empty assurances and no tangible progress. The most disheartening aspect was the complete disregard for the urgency and importance that medical equipment holds in a person's life. It was not a mere inconvenience; it was a detrimental ripple effect on my quality of life and health management. It's been months, and I am still without the medical equipment I need. No courtesy call, no explanation, no accountability for the stress and inconvenience caused. It is an utter disservice, especially in a field that should prioritize care and efficiency above all else. To those considering using Rotech for their services, I implore you to think twice and take your business to a place that values you, your health, and your time. The peace of mind you save, will be invaluable. As for Rotech, I am immensely disappointed and dissatisfied with what I have gone through and can only hope that no one else experiences this level of inefficiency and lack of empathy."
