"I was looking for big lava rock pavers and found some gorgeous pieces of stone here. Exactly what I wanted, and at a fair price with nice, friendly service. They also had some beautiful pottery and tile that I’ll be going back to check out again for future projects."

"I used to love coming to this store for their unique planters. When it came time to upgrade my kitchen countertops I was excited to use them. Never again. After installation I immediately noticed a blemish that looks like a manufacturer's defect where the resin is discolored (see picture). I contacted Bella Pietra and all I was told is “sorry, we can’t do anything”. I asked for a reduction in price and their response was that they’ll give me a discount on future purchases. How would I ever buy from them when again they don’t stand behind their products? Fast forward two weeks and something is clearly wrong with the quartz I purchased. I only use soap and water to clean (no chemicals or abrasives) and the resin keeps getting discolored where the gray rings are formed and a white mark is left next to it. I have quartz countertops on both my bathroom vanities for several years and they still look perfect. Well, the one from Bella Pietra is already wrecked. Feeling super bummed that I saved for a long time to afford this upgrade and this is the outdone. Buyers beware!"

"Staff was so helpful and pleasant!!! I stopped in while they were out to lunch and when I walked around the building to the warehouse (as the sign said) someone immediately asked if they could help me. They never made me feel as if I were an inconvenience and even helped me pick out the right stones. We didn't need much of her time but she was always pleasant and gave us the time to decide then rang us right up! 5 star service!!! I'll definitely be back and let all of my clients know to shop here if they don't already!!"
