"We've called Travis at PropertyTech three times over the past few months for different issues with our washer, cooktop and refrigerator. Each time he has been prompt, professional and fixed the issue. Most recently, with our fridge, he didn't have the part immediately on hand. So he put together a home-built fix that would take care of the issue until the part arrived a week later. Spectacular! Travis has been terrific; he's extremely patient and does a terrific job of explaining the issue and his proposed solution. The service call cost is very, very reasonable, especially for here on the big island."

He made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot for the oven not lighting even though it would for him when he first inspected it.
