"The lady Violeta is a bad agent. Whenever I call she doesn’t pick up or leaves a message. I wouldn’t recommend her to and of my friends or family. It was a waste of my time. I had my insurance canceled for some reason and I called to see what’s going on and it went straight to voicemail and i sent a message and she never replied back. She is the worst agent to work with. I don’t recommend her AT ALL. 5/29/2018 To the owner of American Elite Agency. I have always made my payments I have bank records that I paid in full. All I ask is for this issue that is going on is to be resolved and end the issue. I was told of April,10,2018 that my bill was paid in full for all of my transactions. And I have bank statements for it also. I wanted to see through the insurance company if the payment was made for May,16,2018. But it was not. Knowing I have autopay. I wanted to check but the website said that it’s not active. Witch that concerned me. But if Violeta was in the hospital she should of ask an coworker/agent to assist her with the issue. All I ask is for the issues to be resolved as soon as possible. I am also sorry to hear that Violeta was in the hospital. I hope she is better. Thank you."
