"I came here because I needed to check my battery power since I went to a different autozone closer to me and they said my battery was perfect, but I was still having car issues, I took it to the dealer and they told me my battery was worn out within the same week. I had Bernard help me, he was very nice, very fatherly like, and he helped me locate a battery at within my budget range. Unfortunately, that auto one didn’t have it in stock but he did find one nearby that had the battery and even gave me a receipt to give to them to locate the battery. I wanted to make sure he gets the praise he deserves for being so helpful. Give that man a raise!"

"My headlight went out while visiting Las Vegas. I called and a real person answered the phone (no computer phone tree to get through) and was able to tell me the part was in stock. When I arrived Alan gave me helpful advice on options for a replacement. He also came out and installed it for me right away. I ended up needing both headlights replaced, which took no time at all! Excellent service; friendly, helpful and timely! I would highly recommend this store and a great big THANK YOU to Alan G, your help was greatly appreciated! :)"

"At the time of day I went 9.24.23...there were three male employees... goofing off, making loud odd noises from behind the counter while customers were in the store. One manager, and two young males. Instead of coming from behind the counter to assist me, one of the employees pointed to the aisle, announced which aisle, and then, all watched as I searched for the advised item for over three minutes. I could hear them commenting about me trying to locate the item and could see them watching. This is not my first experience with this locations customer service. But this one pissed me off. I hope the regional reads this... and watches the video. The employees will greet you, even if they sound nice when engaging, they make low toned comments when you walk away. They don't even ensure loyalty customers are signed in. I will NEVER return to this location. NEVER. I will not reply to any requests for contact regarding this report."

"My car's battery completely died and Alan gave me excellent advice on a replacement. He also came out and installed it with lightning fast speed. I was honestly in and out of the store with a new installed battery in under 10 minutes! Perfect service and I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a new battery.
