"I'm always wary of tire shops but Tire Choice did me well over the last two trips I've made to them this month and I highly recommend them. The manage Robert was very friendly and gave me several options on the tires to put on my truck after a puncture couldn't be repaired. They were able to see me first thing and worked quickly despite the holiday season. The staff in the garage were also eager to accommodate me in the refilling of my tires with nitrogen and performing an examination without charge. They also performed a battery swap on a vehicle that was difficult to do so on and it was very cheap."

"Racist, sexist bullies. Walked in on them making a racist joke about a Native American customer. I needed one tire as the tread came off. They took off the tire after saying they would replace it. Then said they wouldn’t unless I bought two tires. Stating he didn’t want to be liable if I drove off and had an accident. When I refused, he said he would put the damaged tire back on and I could tow my car. So, I was stuck. When I began calling the police, he accused me of threatening him. I am a young woman in a room full of men. I asked the officer on the phone if they would be held liable and that they wouldn’t put a tour on my car. While on the phone, he recanted and decided he would change my tire… and overcharged me. I went to a competitor the next day and got a second type of the same kind for half the price of the one I bought here. Avoid these creeps and go elsewhere. You’ll save money and avoid an uncomfortable experience full of negative energy."

"Originally we thought we were going to Goodyear since that was what the location was the last time we took the car in. We decided to go ahead and get the tires rotated and the car winterized since we were already there. During the check up we were informed that we needed new rear brakes and that 2 of our tires needed to be replaced. We left not knowing what we were going to do. We decided to give them a chance, so we made the appointment. We are very happy we did because as it turned out the manager let us know we didn’t need new tires after all. Now he could have replaced the tires and we would have gone ahead and purchased as them. But the fact that he was honest about not really needing them right now . This saved us quite a bit of money and being on a fixed income was great, especially since it’s the holidays are up on us. We will definitely be going there from now on. Thank you for your honesty.
