"Worst insurance company in this area. One of thier policy holders caused almost 7000 dollars of damage to my car. We have video of the entire incident as well as police reports and the company is fighting me refusing to fix my car. Do not use this company for insurance and if by chance someone causes an accident that is covered by this company do not hesitate to get an attorney."

"I was insured with this company for at least 15 years on a half dozen different vehicles. Always good price and service. 2 years ago I moved out of Nevada to California and am now moving back. They have no record of me. Fine, lets just start a new policy. They ask me what I do, I tell them I'm self employed. They ask if I use the car for business purposes and I said I don't, but that I may consider doing so in the near future (part time courier/delivery work). I asked the agent, Amber, for two quotes, with and without business use coverage. Both quotes were reasonable and the difference was not much so I thought I would go ahead and get the business use coverage. No problem, she says, would I like to make an appointment? I'm close by, so I just go straight there. 30 minutes later, I'm at her desk with my documents and she tells me that her supervisors told her there's no possible way to cover me for business use. Ok, so I'll just take the basic coverage. Nope, can't do it. See, they'd asked a question and I gave an honest answer. My mistake, I guess. Because I had said that I MIGHT, MAYBE, use the car for business use, then they will not insure me AT ALL. Not even base coverage. They will not write me a policy at all, for any reason. She was polite about it. I wasn't. I was, and still am, PISSED OFF. Never mind that I previously had been a customer with them for FIFTEEN YEARS. They can't be bothered to know that, let alone respect that. Use this company if you want a good price right now. Do NOT expect anything like consistency or service from them. Do not even consider them for any business coverage. I was with them for 15 years and now that I'm back, I will never use them again and will tell anyone who cares to avoid them.
