"Almost no one takes this insurance, and if they do, it is impossible to find out if it is accepted. I've sat on the phone for hours with a list of providers given to me by provider locator services at Breckpoint just to reach the bottom of the list and find out none of them take it."

"I had medical insurance provided by Breckpoint (2021 MEC Insurance Plan) through my employer. This was an extremely low cost limited plan but paid for 100% of preventative care. I visited the doc for a simple annual physical with basic blood work (Both covered 100% per summary of MEC benefits). Breckpoint paid $7 off a $900 bill, and claimed an annual physical wasnt preventative care...customer support was readily available but apparently could not help with billing/claims. The billing/claims teams only communicates via email and were non responsive."
