"I would give zero stars if I could.. I was recently fined for a lapse of ins. All because of a billing problem. I pay for my ins in one lump sum. Apparently mercury ins does not like that. My bank sent back the first installment due to some unexplained issue without my knowledge. So instead of Chad calling me and making me aware my insurance was going to lapse due to a return payment he allowed my ins to lapse and Ams never reached out to me. What is the point of having an agent like Chad if they don’t do their job. I was not aware that AMS/ mercury had a zero grace period if an issue comes up.. when I found out there was a problem I corrected it immediately but Ams/ mercury pushed my dates anyway and caused a lapse. I think this is a terrible way to treat customers that actually pay for ins in Nevada… DO NOT USE this office, they apparently don’t need or deserve the business…"
