"Disappointed in the lack of communication by this store. I purchased a dresser on July 18th and had a receipt for pickup on September 1st. On September 1st I reached out to the sale associate who told me he was "off and will check on it tomorrow." I called the store and was told "the manager is in a meeting and will call you back." The manager never called me back. Instead, the associate text messaged me that the new date was September 29th due to shipping. This is completely unacceptable. I do understand that shipping can be delayed. It's the lack of communication that is unacceptable. There is absolutely no way C.S. Wo found out on September 1st that the shipping was delayed. They either knew or should have known weeks ago and done their due diligence and notified me so that I could either cancel the order entirely or make other arrangements for my clothes knowing I would have to wait at least another month. This lack of communication shows complete lack of care for the customer after they've paid. They already have the money, so who cares, right? Well, I won't be coming back to this furniture store anymore, so you could say the lack of care is now reciprocated."
