"ZERO STARS!! Unfulfilled Promises by Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro!! Our experience with Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro has been disappointing. We needed a simple repair for our 1 year old refrigerator’s water and ice functions, but faced repeated letdowns. They missed five (5) appointments without notice AND when technicians did show up, they either had the wrong parts or an incorrect diagnosis. Despite these issues, they charged us for the initial visit, diagnosis, and parts, none of which solved our problem. Communication has been non-existent. We’ve made all the follow-up calls and received no answers, updates, or callbacks. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, especially after taking payment without delivering the promised service. For those considering this company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Their inability to show up as promised, coupled with a complete lack of communication, suggests your money and time might be better spent with a more reliable provider."
