They vacuumed all the lint out of everything & went under the house to check the vent there too. The dryer has a slight rattle but is working well. They said one year warranty. "I highly recommend Brian and Nani. They were prompt, professional, and honest. My washer was having issues and Brian diagnosed the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, my washer could not be fixed. Brian gave me a recommendation on what to buy and what to look for if buying a used washer. I also had issues with my dryer that I had forgotten to tell them when making the appointment. They offered to look up the part and come back to fix the dryer another day. They were generous and did not charge us for their time.
