"I just wanted a medium mixing tub and their weren't any available on the shelf. There were a bunch stored on the top shelf, so I asked if someone could bring it down. They called someone to get it down for me, 20 minutes go by and no one shows up. I have someone call again and still no one shows up. They call again and someone comes by, but can't help because it's too high. Then finally someone else comes by. I could have gone to Lowes and been home in the time it took to be helped."

"If I could give a negative rating, I would. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. They need at least 6 more people in the floor than what they had. No one knew where the items I needed were located when I did finally find someone. Both home depot and lowes business models are worthless."

"They seem to need more employees at this location. Every time I go it's hard to find help, and the employees that do help me are wonderful but overworked and frazzled. Also getting someone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. One of the blinds from my custom blind order got lost in shipping, but I had to go into the store to ask about it rather than the simple phone call it should have been. Hire more people please!!!"

"Home Depot is my one-stop-shop for stuff for cleaning and yard. Well, many other things. Bought a few stuff here. Staff friendly and helpful. They have military discount. They also have curbside pickup. I noticed they removed the bell (ring for good customer service) at the exit since COVID happened. It is always busy when I go here, but check-out usually is fast."
