"Bought a stack washer dryer from Home Depot Got it delivered on Feb 14. Delivery man said not enough power so hired an electrician. Electrician said the washer hose not set up properly so called Home Depot again to come out and check. Delivery man. said to call Whirlpool because drain hose broken. Then for days and weeks and hours on the phone began! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Majority of the operators sounded like you woke them from a nap! One day the wait time was 1 hr! After all that run around I called Home Depot for help. Demanded I speak with a manager. Finally one called me back 3 days later and said she would look into it that day. Then the next day I got a call from Newtown Appliance, Carl. He said he would go out and check on it. That afternoon he went out and fixed it! The delivery men did not hook it up properly like the electrian said! It took almost a month to get it hooked up! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO CARL OF NEWTOWN APPLIANCE!!!"

"Got a Fridge them broke 5 months later ask if had wait 2 day for them to get back to me then pretty much did busy for the next to weeks so just got a new one from Lowe’s because all the food I had went bad"

"Service call fee was $125. To diagnose a faulty oven thermostat. Technician pounded thermostat with a screw driver. Tested for oven to turn on. Although it warmed up tech DID NOT have a thermometer to register heat. Told tenant that she could go buy one and find out herself. Charged $80 for that "service". Total bill came to $215 which included tax. Easy money for using a screwdriver as a hammer. BTW, oven still doesn't work properly. Tech said he would check if a thermostat was available for the model. NEVER heard from him again. That was on 12-02-21. Today is 12-09-21. Not recommended."
