"The more I went the more I realized that they had more people available during the day and at night it becomes the manager and the cashiers. When they had people on the floor they were more than willing to help me with my needs. In the evening hours, I can normally get the same assistance from the cashier. Store is pretty clean and it's easy to find what I need. The sales are also pretty nice. Only gripe was the bathroom could definitely use some up keep, but thats not even a big issue."

"I have a medication that sometimes requires special order which takes a few days if they’re not in stock. The last 2 times I called a few days ahead to make sure they have it in time. Then I wait for the text confirmation saying it’s being ordered or filled. I had to call back after not receiving a text and come to find out it wasn’t even beginning being processed. So I order it again and wait a day. Then I call back after no text confirmation and the same thing, nobody has started the process. Geez, luckily the last time they had it in stock and the guy filled it within half an hour of the third time I ordered it. This isn’t uncommon for them as it has really been an inconvenience in the past due to the same thing happening. If you order from this location, call a few days ahead of schedule to avoid getting your prescription late."

"I would never recommend this pharmacy. I think longs is a good company and have been using them for 30 years however this pharmacy is lost, the pharmacist hasn’t a clue on how to assist patients with prescriptions. The technicians are good. You don’t need the drama I recommend a different location."

"Service from cashiers and pharmacy techs are generally good from this location. I rarely have problems with customer service. I do, however, have issues with the locked items in the store. I know you lock up some cosmetic items to prevent theft. That's fine. It's understandable. But there's never any service reps around the store to help me unlock those things. Often time i see two cashiers manning the front and no employee around. If you choose to lock up the items, at least make sure there's enough employees to assist customer when needed. Meanwhile, other cosmetic items like liquor foundation that's lot more expensive is just open for grabs. No locks. I don't get it."
