"I went here to support local owned businesses. I am sad to say the manager on duty today, November 29th, did not seem to value customers and was not professional at all! I got the steak sandwich, and one whole half of the sandwich was full of fatty meat. I took the other half back to the register and let the workers know. They wanted to just make me a new sandwich, but after chewing the meat like bubblegum, I just wanted my money back. He was upset I complained, and said, "Since you are half of the sandwich, I'll refund half." I requested a full refund and told him to look at the meat himself. He never apologized for anything and regretfully after going back and forth and finally agreed to give me my money back. I'll never return. I'm so disappointed!!"

"Food is great, but price is high. They used to be reasonably priced and offered combos. Everything is Ala carte now, so the value for the amount you get is not competitive- especially since there is a subway next door. For just 2 of us, we spent $50 for a sandwich, soup and drink. Only will be back if I'm craving."

"My husband got the seared ahi salad. He loved it. I got the southwestern bowl and added chicken for an extra $4.99. The veggies were fresh, but the rice was undercooked and hard. It was very difficult to enjoy my bowl. I let the staff know so they could make sure the rice was cooked before serving another customer. I don't plan to visit again anytime soon."
