"If you're ordering drive through, check your order when you're ordering, when you get your receipt, AND ESPECIALLY when you get you food! They probably left something out!"

"***Terrible customer service*** We went through the drive through and repeated my order to ensure they had it correct. When we pulled up to the window not only did they not have the drink I specifically asked to be added to the order, but they told me I had to go back through the drive through to correct the mistake. The person at the window was very blunt and rude."

"Ordered at the self-service screen so they would't mess up my order, took off the onions and pickles. They put them on anyway!!! Also, all the slice cheese was hanging halfway out of the burger!!! Took the paper to the register to pay with cash. The big dark guy had an attitude. Same guy brought my food to the table (I had a number), dropped my bag on the table!!! Looked inside, no napkins. Went back to counter, asked for napkins and a salt. Same guy gave me 1 effin napkin and 4 salts!!! Damn fries were hard af too!! This McDonald's is one of the worst I've been to. Not going here again, I'll go to jack in the box and pay more!!"

"Waited in line to order coffee. Was told someone would help me. 10 minutes later if standing in line still not helped. Left and went to Starbucks instead. Poor customer service."

"Not the best place to order curbside pickup. At this particular location, this is my 2nd time I had ordered using curbside pickup. The first time I ordered using curbside pickup, I waited over 30 minutes and no one brought my food out. I had to go inside to pickup my food, and it was sitting on the counter. At that time, I thought they was just understaffed and thought nothing of it. This time around, it happened again. Waited 20 minutes for a drink. So I went inside to inquire and the lady said nothing. She went to get my drink, came back and rudely placed my drink on the counter. As I began to speak to ask if they ever do curbside (for future reference), she ignored and went on the help another customer at the register in a rude manner. While I don't expect McDonald's to provide a high quality customer service like Chick-fil-A, my experience was way below my expectation."
