"Wow!! Placed my order and was told 10-15 minutes. Checked, and it was 6:53pm. 30 minutes later, the 4th person asked for my name. They kept saying I'll look for it. My food hadn't even been cooked yet!!! I got loud and got my money credited back, and I left. Watched 5 people, come in order and waited, and get their food. 7 employees and 3 drivers. Bummed me out. I was looking forward to trying the tots."
