"Whoever was working 12/07/23 afternoon shift have horrible attitudes towards their customers , today they’ve ignored and neglected anyone outside of the drive thru. Even as customers were coming in I placed my order at 4:10pm didn’t receive my food until 4:52pm and my food was cold when they handed it off to me. My smoothie was separated so you can tell the order was sitting for a good minute. All I ordered was 2 soft drinks a small smoothie and a Big Mac ! Yet they still managed to get my order wrong. Had to speak to a manager because the workers weren’t acknowledging any of my questions or concerns"
"I placed my order at 4:10 for curbside, didn’t receive my order until i went in 35 minutes later. it took three people to get their staff to acknowledge us, after asking for a manager we were given our food but with an attitude. Our order was for 3 drinks and one burger, & our food was cold , and drinks/ice was melted upon receiving it"
