"The food at this location is consistently good the workers are polite and work to get your order to you promptly. The drive-thru is sometimes slow around 4:pm to around 6:pm but not drastically slow. I like coming here for tacos and the other offerings."

"Understaffed, and generally slow. Frozen drinks are either out of stock of the machine is broken. They do not have the courtesy to contact food delivery drivers until they arrive. It's common to get stale ingredients here, and fountain drinks without syrup. Quality control is poor/ or they are too greedy to use fresh ingredients. This is one of the better locations for the island, but overall it's a abysmal location as far as the chain goes. Somehow they mange to serve cold food when it takes them 20 minutes to make the order. I don't order here if I'm tapped out for time. Really disappointed, during one of my visits, a homeless man pleaded to use the restroom there was zero sense of compassion with the staff."

"Usually when we come here the food & service is good. But tonight was a very different experience. Terrible service & False advertising. Website said closing was at 1 am & the drive through was still opened when we got there. Everything looked like as if they were open & taking orders. We got to the system at 11:40PM & we’re waiting there until 11:49PM & no one answered. So we went to the window to order & we were waiting for 3 minutes while one of them made eye contact with us through the window & completely ignored us as if we weren’t there. Then finally someone came to the window & told us they closed at 12. Then I told her it was 11:52 & technically they were still open & she proceeded to look at the time at the computer then turn back to me & say “No, we’re closed” with attitude. Idk why the website says they close at 1am if they close early, their drive thru was still open, & she tells me they close at 12AM & it’s not even 12AM yet. Would’ve been more patient & understanding if they didn’t have an attitude & if they had better explanation. The worst experience at this Kapolei Location. Please do better."

"Fast friendly service. Clean and tidy dinner area and the napkins, straws and forks were fully stocked. But the best part is they serve Kalua pork for their Power Menu Bowl!! Nice!"
