I emailed them to get my lenses replaced because mine were scratched, and they agreed for a $25 replacement fee and sent them back to me in the mail. After the glasses were returned to me in the mail, the package was stolen off my porch or lost in the mail. Tahoe Timber agreed to send me a new pair of sunglasses, free of charge, for my troubles.
