"Lliam is great. Professional, friendly, and approachable. I have noticed that the majority of the staff and managers don't engage much with customers, rarely do they acknowledge the customer. There's been 2 that have stuck out the most, Liam & the younger Hispanic guy with long hair and a short beard, always friendly and engaging with people. Kudos to the both of you, and thank you!"
"I want to give a huge shout out to Leon the manager for the meat department and two other guys sorry didn’t get your names that were so caring and kind to me and willing to look all over your store to find me a turkey I have never had this kind of customer service in my ever loving life. Thank you, Leon For your professionalism and your kindness and your willingness, and I hope you know it reallymeant a lot to me tonight and the guys that you were talking to and obviously those guys really cared for you that was my impression Thank you all for helping me tonight awesome customer service Awesome care thank you God bless"
"They should change the name of this store to Out Of Stock!!. This place is so hit or miss I don't know why I keep going. I've been a loyal Kroger brands shopper for 35+ years. This store is the worst. I slave over the app, the Sunday paper and online coupons for hours each week to find the best deals to save money but when I go to shop, the rarely but barely have the items I want or need. They have pallet drops of 12 pack soda when it isn't even on sale and when they do have a decent sale on stuff, it's truck to shelf, no back stock. I'm just wondering how a grocery store chain, which has LOW profit margins, sells anything off of an empty shelf. As it should be obvious, I had spent over 20 years in the grocery business so I know what I'm talking about and I've never let my store look this way. It's a shame to the public and a disgrace to the brand.."
"The worst experience I have ever had. Placed an order online for a cake, 2 n half days before my occasion (requires 24 hours). I have the confirmation email. I call the day of pick up the bakery girl tells me she does not see any cake in their fridge, she checks her computer and tells me she doesn’t see any order in their system either and tells me she’s sorry. I call the store again to speak to the store manager if he can resolve the issue, person who answers transferred me to the manager, I am on hold for about 5 minutes. I hang up and call again and I am told that the manager is in a meeting, can she help me with anything? I explained the whole situation to her she puts me on hold again and never comes back. I’m on hold again waiting for some one to answer. I hang up and call one more time but they didn’t even answer this time. Thanks allot for ruining our special day, I thought Smiths still have their customer service standards but you failed. Congratulations on your failure. I hope you guys get paid for your job not working for free."
"We went to Smiths fish counter for King crab we got what seemed like a great price, 29.99 with card. We didn’t notice until later that there were 2 prices, a small text price (the regular price) and then the one with the card price was in big text. The older guy at the counter said there was only the crab on display left or we would have gotten some from the back. We took what was left. 1.5 pounds. When we got to the check out I was not asked for my card but I remember and she scanned it. I should have checked but I didn’t notice until we were out that the scan did not work and I was charged 39.99 a pound. Of course I went back in to fix at costumer service. Easy enough. When we cooked it most of the crab had a bleach smell to it. So we did not eat it. I called Smith’s immediately because of the smell and they told me to bring it back. My son looked it up online and the smell is ammonia due to rotten crab. This was the second time this has happened to us at Smiths. Last time it was snow crab. What also upset us was the fact that when we came back in to return the crab for a refund the seafood counter was once again stocked with King crab even after they said that was all they had. Manager Kandon (spelling may be wrong) didn’t seem to care about our issues at least we were refunded but I will never get or recommend crab from there again."
